Guests can place orders directly on this website for deliveries within Bangalore. The products will be delivered the same day or within 2 working days . There is no minimum order amount and we charge delivery charges .
We also ship orders across India , customers need to contact us and we would be glad to accept and ship orders.
Oils,Ghee and Batter will not shipped outside Bangalore as they are prone to damage and leakage.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Since we are dealing with Food products which are perishable , our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since receipt/delivery of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You are to intimate us either through email(firstname.lastname@example.org) or whatsapp 9738457254 or call on 9845938663/9741999800 .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are eligible for refund in the following cases:
Product is lost during shipping (if it is sent by courier).
Product is not delivered even after 5 working days from actual delivery date.
If Product is out of stock, out of boundary, cannot be delivered or shipped due to any other reasons.
Product is damaged when you receive the parcel.
You have received incorrect variety or quantity.
Not Satisfied with our Quality of Oils and Ghee – Return with minimum 80% of unused product within 3 days.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
If you have any other reasons to ask for refund, please call us, we would be happy to clarify you. Just making money is not our intention; we wish to keep you happy & delighted!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/wallet account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges for packaged foods (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or alternate item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping on Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
